All drivers must undergo the following criteria: training, proper insurance, fingerprint background checks and drug testing, proper legal permits, licenses, and customer service. We also have live dispatch so you can order a cab ride, set up a special service request, and setup a payment account. Using this app, passengers can set their pick up location with a single tap, and with another, have a cab sent to their location. By setting a drop-off point passengers are able to get a quote for their trip based on our pricing model and can see all the details in advance. These prices may change due to special event rates, flat rates and/or legal rate requirements. Passengers can see a log of previous bookings and use this to quickly set pick up and drop off points or reuse the whole journey. Also for added safety our app also features a Panic Button for added safety.
